The exterior restoration of this 130-guestroom hotel, built in 2012, was completed by Spire in March of 2022. This project involved stucco repair, window and door sealant replacement, replacement of wood trim with fiber cement trim, elastomeric coating, aluminum railing restoration and coating, stone veneer restoration and waterproofing, and wood pergola refinishing.
Spire recently completed this 166-guestroom hotel’s exterior façade restoration. It included removal and replacement of sealants for joint and EIFS crack repairs, pressure cleaning of all surfaces, acid washing of rust spots, architectural weatherproof coating of building exterior, and cleaning and painting of metal doors and railings.
