Residence Inn Miramar Beach | The exterior restoration of this 130-guestroom hotel, built in 2012, was completed by Spire in March of 2022. This project involved stucco repair, window and door sealant replacement, replacement of wood trim with fiber cement trim, elastomeric coating, aluminum railing restoration and coating, stone veneer restoration and waterproofing, and wood pergola refinishing.
