Case Study

Hilton Garden Inn | Charleston Waterfront Downtown

The goal of this project was to enhance the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of our client’s building with an exterior restoration that reflects the highest standards of craftsmanship and presents a welcoming feeling for visitors.

The original Brick façade had aged, displaying signs of deterioration from weathering and environmental factors.

Sections of the stucco had delaminated, affecting the hotel’s curb appeal and potentially compromising its weather resistance.

The absence of proper expansion joints posed a risk of structural damage due to thermal expansion and contraction, potentially impacting the guest experience.

Through a rigorous quality control process, this comprehensive exterior restoration project replaced the deteriorated bricks and stucco and installed proper expansion joints to enhance structural resilience. With an overarching focus on guest experience, the project aimed to seamlessly integrate aesthetic improvements with structural stability.

Summary

The successful execution of this project significantly enhanced the Hilton Garden Inn’s aesthetic appeal and structural integrity.
