The Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center spans 65 acres and features 1,718 guest rooms, a 4.5-acre glass atrium, and over 500,000 square feet of event space. To maintain its structural integrity, waterproofing performance, and overall guest experience, a comprehensive exterior restoration is underway. This project focuses on addressing façade deterioration, aging sealants, and waterproofing deficiencies, all while ensuring the resort remains fully operational throughout the process.

✔ Glazing sealant replacement and damaged glass replacement across the 4.5 acre glass atrium.✔ High-performance waterproofing coatings applied to all exterior stucco and EIFS surfaces.✔ Full removal and replacement of all facade sealants, including guest room window glazing systems.✔ Architectural painting of handrails, doors, and decorative ironwork throughout the resort.
